The Verdugo Hills Landscape Maintenance Association (VHLMA) is comprised of over 120 home located in the Burbank Hills which is also referenced as the Verdugo Hills Estates.  These homes were built in the early 1980’s, most of which have stunning views of Burbank.  The streets in which these homes are primarily located are Tujunga Ave., Gibson Court, Rudell Lane,  Ayers Way, Via Montana and Skyline Drive.  The HOA’s primary function is to maintain the hillside including irrigation and plants.
