So Cal Tires in Burbank does it again!  I am building a Sandrail and cut the back end of a 1979 VW Bus to use as the rear suspension.  Well I could not get the axle nuts off, did not have the huge impact or the 46mm Socket to take the nuts off with.

I show up unannounced, no appointment and Joe the Manager gets one of his guys working on it immediately, it took 3 guys at one time to get these nuts off!  They may not have come off since 1979!

Long story short, they saved the day!  It took about an hour, I explained what I was doing, removing the drum brakes and making a disc brake set up, the workers went beyond their job and took the drum brakes off for me so all I had to do was go home and slide the disc brake kit right on!  Where do you get that service any more? 

I dont go anywhere else other than So Cal Tires, 818-845 TIRE !!!  When you go in ask for Joe and the “Only In Burbank Discount”
